We build the quiet software that keeps shifts covered.
ShiftTracker is a small, focused team building AI-powered shift management for the businesses that never really close — security, facilities, cleaning, care and beyond. Our job is to make the rota, the cover and the pay something you never have to worry about.
Time is the one thing a shift business can’t make more of. We help you spend it where it matters — covering the next shift, not chasing the last one.
It started at 2am.
ShiftTracker began with security operators — the people running guarding and patrols through the night, holding rosters together over phone calls, WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets. We watched the same failures repeat: a no-show the client spotted first, a check call no one could prove, a pay run that never quite matched the hours worked.
So we built the control room they didn’t have — agency coordination, custom forms, compliance, payroll and people, all in one place, with the unglamorous details handled by software instead of memory. Founded in 2025 and based in Leighton Buzzard, we’ve stayed deliberately small and close to the work.
It turned out the problem wasn’t unique to security. Cleaning and facilities crews, care teams, hospitality, logistics — anywhere people work in shifts across sites, the same gaps appear. Today ShiftTracker runs for all of them, and the mission hasn’t changed: make sure the plan holds and nothing falls through the cracks.
Four things we won’t compromise on.
Always covered. The brand should feel like infrastructure you trust — boring, in the best way.
Exact times, clean data, no ambiguity. The hours you pay are the hours that were worked.
AI-forward and current, without the hype. Smart where it helps, invisible where it doesn’t.
Built for the people working the shifts and the people planning them — not just the schedule.
A small team, close to the work.
We’re deliberately small and deliberately close to our customers. We ship quickly, talk to the operators using ShiftTracker every week, and build the features the night shift actually asks for. No bloat, no buzzwords — just software that earns its place on the rota.
Every feature traces back to a real shift, a real site, a real problem.
Security, vetting and data protection are designed in, not bolted on.
Coordination, forms, payroll, compliance and people — connected, not stitched together.
Come see it on your own rota.
A 30-minute demo, no slide deck — just the product, on your sites.
