How does ShiftTracker pricing work?
ShiftTracker uses a custom-quote model with monthly and annual billing options. Base, Organization Professional, and Enterprise have defined capacity levels. Final pricing is issued through a written quote based on your required plan and scope.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes. ShiftTracker offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
What support and onboarding is included?
Base and Organization Professional include support and email notifications. Enterprise includes higher-touch onboarding, priority support, and a dedicated account manager.
Are SLAs part of public pricing?
Any uptime commitments, response times, or support SLAs are available only in a separate written agreement and are not part of the public pricing offer.
What are the contract terms?
Monthly billing and annual billing are both available. There is no minimum term for month-to-month plans. Cancellation is on 30 days' notice or effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are generally not provided except where law or a specific contract says otherwise.
